Happy dance. Now, to determine what I want to take. The Keith LoBue class looks phenomenal, but its slated for the full 3 days.
On a side note, I pulled an ENORMOUS, gigantosaurus zucchini from my garden last night. I doubt its very tasty. Not that I have a kitchen anyways.

Nice Zuk!! I didn't grow any this year. I love zukini bread and Zukini pancakes with sour cream!!
